UPRO Indoor Volleyball

UPRO Indoor Volleyball is a fun, social 6-a-side indoor volleyball competition suitable for mixed skill levels.

Designed for adults, parents, friends and social teams who want a simple, enjoyable indoor sport option.

Team Requirements

Teams must have 6 players on court.

A maximum of 3 male players over the age of 14 are permitted on court at any time.

Teams are encouraged to register 6 to 8 players to allow for absences each week.

Game Format

Games are played over 35 minutes, broken into quarters:

4 x 8-minute quarters

Short breaks between quarters.

Running clock.

Scores carry across all four quarters.

Competition Style

UPRO Indoor Volleyball is designed for social play, participation and enjoyment.

Modified indoor volleyball rules apply, with the focus on fun, movement and team participation.
